Garage Door Openers are available in belt or chain-driven models. Belt drive is stronger, quieter and lasts longer than chain drive openers. The Belt is made out of a Kevlar material – The same material used in bulletproof vests. So the belts are indestructible and will not stretch in the heat or break or snap in the cold. Belt drive openers are typically slightly more expensive than chain-driven garage door openers.

All our installations come with a Lifetime Warranty on the Motor (Belt & Motor for Belt-Drive Openers) from the manufacturer and our 1-Year Parts & Labour Warranty.
